235 +/- Acres located from Ames, OK, 1 ½ miles East and 6 miles South OR from Lacey, 2 miles West on S.H.51, 3 miles North on the blacktop and 1 ½ miles West.  According to the FSA there are 225 acres of crop land with a 91.4 acre wheat base and 27 bushels per acre yield.  The balance of the land is in native grass with some timber.  Principal soil types of the cropland are Devol loamy fine sand, Classes 3 and 4.  The farm is situated on good county roads with convenient access to surrounding communities. According to the FSA there are 133 acres of crop land with a 63.2 acre wheat base and 31 bu. per acre yield.  The balance of the land is in creek and timber.  Principal soil types are Lovedale fine sandy loam, Classes 2,3, and 4; Devol loamy fine sand, Classes 3 and 4; and a small amount of Eufala fine sand, Class 6.
